Warranty Labels

Warranty Labels may be designed to either notify the consumer of their obligations towards preserving their warranty, otherwise act in much the same way as a tamperproof sticker, where breakage would indicate an immediate breach of warranty.

Warranty labels are especially common on products such as electronic goods, where the inner sensitive electronics can be easily damaged through consumer negligence.

The prime importance of the warranty label is to inform the undiscerning consumer that, should any fault occur while the warranty label is still intact, they will not face liability for a product malfunction. In the case of a broken warranty label however, their warranty return would unfortunately become null and void.
